FAQ’s

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes absolutely! We’ll send you a reminder before every shipment that lets you know how to change your subscription. In that reminder, you can change your coffee order, size, type, or quantity, and you can skip an order or pause your subscription any time. 

Can I get a subscription for any coffee on your website?

No, our subscription excludes certain limited batches of coffee.

Do I still get points if I'm using the subscription?

Yes! You will still collect points using the subscription. These points can be used for dollars off your purchase.
