This coffee has high acidity, above-average body, and high sweetness, with notes of rhubarb, green apple, vanilla, and peach. Gititu Farmers Cooperative is one of the oldest specialty coffee cooperatives in Kenya, established in 1957. Coffee producer members of Gititu from this village have farms that average less than 1 acre.
